__niangi___ is an independent new media art platform run by audiovisual artist Nino Giorgadze (aka Himiko). Founded with a DIY ethos, it operates without a fixed space — moving between galleries, clubs, cultural institutions, and non-traditional venues, with a particular ambition to reach rural areas of Georgia.
Its mission is to popularize new media and experimental art in Georgia, bringing together interactive installations, generative art, audiovisual performance, glitch art, code art, and more — wherever a space can hold them.
__niangi___ holds exhibitions, audiovisual events, discussions, and workshops, connecting local practitioners with an international new media community.
